But people do make mistakes.
And people who make mistakes still deserve fair treatment under the law, and freedom from excessive punishment, and protection against false positive evidence of an interlock violation that benefits no one.</description>

		<description>How hard is it to just NOT drive drunk?  The answer is... not hard.  Find a DD, take a cab, drink at home, or don&#039;t drink.  There are many viable options that these individuals could have (or should have) taken prior to hitting the roadways all of the responsible drivers share.  This eliminates the need for excessive punitive damages, false positives, clogging of court systems, etc...</description>
